Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (6-10 years experience) with mandatory expertise in the Onboarding 2.0 module. The ideal candidate will lead full lifecycle implementations, translating complex HR onboarding processes into functional specifications and configuring the SF solution accordingly. Key responsibilities include integrating Onboarding with other SF modules (Recruiting, Employee Central) and third-party systems, performing rigorous system configuration and testing, delivering end-user training, and providing expert advice on SAP release updates and best practices to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across the HR landscape.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :
SF Onboarding Implementation Leadership :
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementations and ongoing support for the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution, with a strong focus on the Onboarding 2.0 module.
- Gather and analyze detailed business requirements from HR and IT stakeholders, translating complex onboarding processes into precise functional specifications and configuration documentation.
- Perform comprehensive system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), documentation, and deployment activities specific to the Onboarding module.
Module Integration and Data Flow :
- Integrate Onboarding with other core SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting, Employee Central, and external third-party systems (e.g., background check vendors, payroll).
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow integrity and process alignment between linked modules.
- Provide post-implementation support, expertly troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues, and ensure sustained high system performance and availability.
Client Advisory and Governance :
- Keep up with SAP release updates and roadmap to proactively advise clients on upcoming features, impact analysis, and implementation of best practices for the Onboarding module.
- Deliver comprehensive training to end-users (HR administrators, hiring managers) and support robust knowledge transfer to internal support teams.
- Ensure all configurations and processes align with business objectives and HR transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : 6-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Core Expertise : Mandatory expertise in Onboarding 2.0 (and/or Onboarding 1.0).
- Skills : Deep functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in SAP SF Onboarding.
- Methodology : Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations of SF modules.
- Integration : Strong understanding of integrating Onboarding with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central.
Preferred Skills :
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience with custom workflow design and electronic signature integrations (e.g., DocuSign) within Onboarding.
- Exposure to the technical aspects of integration via SAP Integration Center (ISC) or CPI.
- Excellent client-facing skills and experience leading large-scale HR process workshops.
