Job Description

Experience Required: 4-8yrs

Requirement:

- Rollout and Run of HRT implementations.

- Info: SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform.

- AMOS India team supports the Group's SuccessFactors platform which has the Performance Management, Compensation Management, Employee Central and Learning Management modules.

Desired candidate profile :

Qualification & Experience :

- Minimum 8 Years IT experience.

- Minimum 4 Years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.

- SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.

- Candidate WITH SuccessFactors certification preferred.

- Should be expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

- Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.

- Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.

Essential skills required :

- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management module an added advantage.

- Candidate who have been part of two full life-cycle implementation of Successfactors PMGM module from planning stage through configurations and go-live an added advantage.

- Must proficient in delivering enterprise scale solutions in Success Factors project, starting from requirement gathering, UAT, Deployment, Training and Support.

- Must have experience in Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.

- Should have experience in configuring the SAP/SuccessFactors system according to new or changing business requirements.

- Should have experience in supporting the development of the test strategy and test plans.

- Should have experience in working on incidents that are raised by business users, reviewing, communicating, analyzing, fixing and correcting the issues.

- Should have fair knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release management updates.

- Ability to handle and work in global support environment.

- Exhibit strong communication skills to anchor meetings and run the meetings to engage the member firms during the project calls.

- Exhibit strong leadership and comprehension abilities to develop business documents and to anchor system support activities

- Should worked on Form template settings and Xml changes to form settings in SuccessFactors.

- Should have experience in configuring Goal Management and Performance Management templates and Goals plan set up: Including Goal Plan ID, Adding & deleting goals, Manually Adding Goals, Changing status of viewing Public and private goals, Setting Maximum & Minimum goals, Goals Weights.

- Should have experience in configuring Performance rating Scales, goals, Goal Cascade, Core competencies, Role specific competencies, Calibration, 360 Degree Multi-Rater Review, Stack Ranker (Team Rater), Goal Item Weights, route map setup and Email notification setup.

Successfactors Platform Knowledge :

- Should worked in ORD reports, Tile based dashboards in Dashboard 2.0 and Ad-hoc reports SuccessFactors Analytics and Reporting.

- Must have experience in Security and Permissions configuration.

- Should familiar with Home page and People profile configurations.

- Work experience in Integrations tool like Dell Boomi and HCI is an added advantage.

Qualification : Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA/ANY graduate
