Description :
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Configure Time Off / Absence Management including accruals, holidays, and leave rules.
- Work on Employee Central Core such as Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and MDF.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Support data migration, validation, and integration with payroll and third-party systems.
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders across global implementations.
Required Skills :
- Strong experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Hands-on configuration of Time Off / Absence Management
- Experience with Business Rules and Workflows
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integrations
- Understanding of global HR processes
- Good client-facing and documentation skills
