Role Overview :


As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Core HR solutions. This includes implementation, consulting, configuration, and post-go-live support, working closely with stakeholders to design and deliver optimized HR processes.


Key Responsibilities :


Implementation & Consulting :


- Lead and execute SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare.


- Conduct customer workshops to analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and design best-practice HR solutions.


Configure and implement EC components including :


- Employee Data Models (Corporate, Succession, MDF)


- Position Management


- Workflows


- Business Rules


- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)


- Prepare functional and technical documentation, including process flows, configuration details, and test scenarios.


Technical & Data Activities :


- Manage data migration activities : mapping, templates, transformation rules, validation, and data loads.


- Support cutover planning, system testing (ST), UAT, and production readiness.


- Troubleshoot and maintain the Employee Central solution in line with best practices.


Collaboration & Integration :


- Work closely with cross-functional teams and other SuccessFactors module owners (Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Off, Compensation, etc.).


- Coordinate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between HR and non-HR systems.


Project & Stakeholder Management :


- Track deliverables and report progress, risks, and dependencies to project leadership.


- Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to key users and administrators.


- Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.


- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory for Senior profiles).


- Additional certifications (Time Off, Time Sheet, Onboarding, etc.) are an advantage.


Professional Experience & Skills :


- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations


(minimum 3 full life-cycle implementations for Senior level).


- Strong understanding of Core HR processes and HR data structures.


- Hands-on expertise in :


- MDF Objects


- Business Rules


- Workflows


- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)


- Position Management


- Data migration and validation
