Key Responsibilities :
- Configure Payroll Schemas, Rules, and Wage Types in ECP as per business requirements.
- Integrate Employee Central (EC) with ECP using standard middleware (SAP CPI / Boomi).
- Manage country-specific payroll localization and compliance requirements.
- Perform parallel payroll runs, reconciliation, and validation.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training sessions.
- Provide post-go-live support, incident resolution, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors for seamless payroll operations.
- Prepare functional documentation and configuration workbooks.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 2 full-cycle ECP implementations (not including support/rollouts).
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Control Center (PCC), schemas, rules, info types, and wage type configuration.
- Experience in integration between EC and ECP (preferably via SAP CPI).
- Understanding of country-specific payroll regulations (e.g., India, US, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Ability to debug payroll errors and handle retro-calculations.
- Good understanding of time data replication, benefits, and leave management integration.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of SAP Time Management.
- Experience in multi-country payroll implementations.
- Exposure to SAP On-Premises Payroll migration to ECP.
