Job Purpose :
- Deliver end-to-end SAP Success Factors implementations and provide ongoing support, ensuring seamless configuration, integration, and optimization across key HR modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Success Factors modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical deliverables.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations and drive process improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, documentation, and system enhancements.
- Provide postgo-live support, including updates, optimizations, and issue resolution.
Must-Have Requirements :
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong expertise in key modules (e.g., EC, PMGM, RCM, LMS adjust as needed).
- Proven experience in full-cycle implementations and ongoing support.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have :
- Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia.
- SAP SuccessFactors module certifications.
