Work location : Pune(Karadi), WFO Mon to Fri.

Good working experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration.

Default Certifications.

- SuccessFactors Employee Central and Global Benefits (with implementation/support).

Current valid certifications :

- SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0 Certification (with implementation/support).

- SuccessFactors RMK Certification (with production support).

- SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification and Support (with production support).

- SuccessFactors Compensation Variable Pay Certification (with support).

Experience and Skills :

A) Certified Employee Central module.

- Participated in the implementation of SuccessFactors end-to-end deployment requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT, deployment etc.

- Subject matter expert on security and role-based permission: Design, maintain and troubleshoot custom RBP for IT and business.

- Subject matter expert on all mass updates, email notifications, workflow configurations, custom MDF.

- Subject matter expert in Business rules use in Global benefits, document generation, job change etc.

- Subject matter expert in Global benefits: Benefits plan design and implementation.

- Support open enrollment programs.

B) Certified in RMK and Recruiting modules.

- Subject matter expert on RMK and Career Website configuration and mapping.

- Subject matter expert on Recruiting to Employee Central mapping.

- Subject matter expert on Recruiting module: requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, deployment etc.

- Provide on-going production support.

C) Certified in Onboarding2.0 module.

- Subject matter expert on Onboarding2.0 Processes, Programs, Forms, Custom objects development, User Interface development.

- Maintain business rules to trigger forms, custom objects and UI.

- Subject matter expert on Onboarding custom email notifications.

D) Access to tenant provisioning.

E) Tenant Refresh Able to initiate refresh request to SAP, able to complete pre-task and post-tasks for tenant refresh (HXM/BizX/ONB/RMK/LMS).

F) Able to liaise directly with SAP on SuccessFactors issues/enhancements.

G) Recruit Configure offer letter.

H) Document Generation configuration.

I) Knowledge to troubleshoot IAS/IPS issues.

J) Support all aspects of SuccessFactors Upgrade: EC, onboarding/offboarding, Global benefits, Security, mass updates, comp and Variable Pay, Performance.
