Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with clients to understand their HR and compensation processes and map them effectively to SuccessFactors functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and ERP systems.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, aligned with best practices, and meet technical and functional needs.
- Support end-user training, testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical/functional guidance on SuccessFactors compensation and related modules.
- Prepare documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer material.
Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP On-Premise HR solutions and integration touchpoints.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors architecture, data models, and performance capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology or Agile delivery model.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics.
- Ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones
