Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, LMS, Time tracking, Onboarding etc.) including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Conduct business process mapping, functional gap analysis, and provide best practice recommendations aligned to global HR process standards.

- Manage integration touchpoints with payroll, HRMS, and third-party systems through coordination with technical teams and integration partners.

- Drive UAT cycles, change management, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption and stabilization.

- Prepare project documentation including functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, SOPs, and cutover plans.

- Work with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Vendors) to ensure project governance, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation with hands-on configuration expertise in at least 2-3 SF modules.

- Strong understanding of HR processes across employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire)

- Experience with SF provisioning, RBP, workflows, data models, and integrations

- Exposure to API-based integrations, SAP HCM/Payroll, EC Payroll, or third-party HR systems is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.

Certified in relevant SF modules (preferred)
