Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Employee Central

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Type : Full-Time / Onsite

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.

- Configure EC based on business requirements including data models, workflows, business rules, and event handling.

- Manage integration with other modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll.

- Handle data migration, testing, and system upgrades during project rollout.

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify process improvements and ensure best practices.

- Prepare functional specifications, conduct UAT, and deliver training to key users.

- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.

- At least 3 - 4 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Strong knowledge of data models, business rules, workflows, and integrations.

- Experience with SuccessFactors provisioning and admin tools.

- Good understanding of SAP CPI / Integration Center.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
