Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead HCM solution workshops to understand business requirements, address concerns, and define priorities.

- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

- Take ownership of solution design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) module.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams to drive successful outcomes.

- Serve as the main liaison and advisor for all activities related to the HCM/SuccessFactors track, including system interfaces.

- Lead and manage change requests, system enhancements, and incident resolution.

- Ensure change management by driving user adoption and delivering functional improvements.

- Support strategic planning and execution of new and existing functionalities within SAP SF ONB.

- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, business processes, and data flows.


Mandatory Skills :


- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB).

- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR / Employee Central is a plus.

- Excellent understanding of SAP SF architecture, interfaces, and integration scenarios.

- Experience in leading end-to-end implementations and support engagements in the HCM domain.

- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

- Experience in business case development, planning, and monitoring of HCM solutions.

- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and best practices in talent onboarding and management.
