Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP SuccessFactors EC Implementation : Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations, from blueprinting and configuration to testing and go-live.

- SAP HCM & HRIS Expertise : Apply your strong understanding and experience across SAP EC modules and broader SAP HRIS functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization.

Experience with full lifecycle implementations is highly preferred.

- Business Process Configuration : Configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions to align with client business requirements, translating functional needs into technical specifications.

- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain excellent communication with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors issues, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC implementation.

- Strong understanding and experience across SAP EC modules, including foundational objects, employee data, position management, organizational structures, etc.

- Experience with SAP HRIS functionalities and an understanding of HR business processes.

- Implementation experience will be highly preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interaction
