Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to lead and support global compensation implementations, rollouts, and support projects. The role involves configuring compensation programs aligned with business and HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module
- Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, guidelines, and worksheets
- Manage bonus, merit, and variable pay cycles
- Configure business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP)
- Handle annual compensation cycles, testing, UAT, and production support
- Integrate Compensation with Employee Central
- Prepare functional documents and lead client discussions
- Support release updates and enhancements
Mandatory Skills :
- 5-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in SF Compensation (mandatory)
Experience in :
- Merit, Bonus, and Variable Pay
- Compensation Worksheets & Guidelines
- Eligibility rules & business rules
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Strong integration knowledge with Employee Central
- Experience in implementation, rollout, and/or support projects
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
