Seeking a versatile and skilled professional to manage and execute a variety of tasks in a SuccessFactors Managed ServicesSupport engagement The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing module specific incidents and problems management along with supporting Half yearly releases of SuccessFactors

Skills :

- Good understanding of SuccessFactors Platform

- SuccessFactors Employee Central Core with Active certification

- SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management

- Excellent customer service abilities

- Ability to conduct SF Compensation and Performance Goals Management training

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and responsibilities :

- Client Support Offer continuous support to projects addressing any issues or queries related to SuccessFactors modules

- System Maintenance Ensure the SuccessFactors system is running smoothly by performing regular maintenance and updates

- Incident Management Handle and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner

- Performance Monitoring Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency

- User Training and Documentation Provide training to endusers and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations

- Stakeholder Communication Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and to provide updates on system performance and enhancements

- Compliance and Best Practices Ensure that the system complies with industry standards and best practices
