Required Skills :
- SAP SF Comp
- 3 to 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3+ years in Compensation module.
- Proven experience in Compensation Cycle planning, configuration, and support.
- Hands-on knowledge of Compensation and Variable Pay templates, business rules, and XML-based configurations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, especially in compensation strategy, rewards, and incentives.
- Experience with integrating Compensation with EC and other SF modules.
- Strong communication skills to work with global stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize compensation processes.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in global implementations with region-specific compensation rules.
- Exposure to SAP CPI / Integration Center.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Story Reports) in SF.
- Knowledge of EC Payroll or third-party payroll integrations.
