SAP SRM Consultant

Job Description :

- SRM support and Enhancement.

- SRM Organization structure setup, master data setup, Approval processes and Z Program/Table Maintenance.

- Should have experience on Bidding process (Rfx/RFQ/Auction)

- Primary Support of SAP SCM incidents- Analyze and troubleshoot MM/SRM issues in a timely fashion.

- Error handling with respect to shopping cart, PO, Contract transfer from SRM system
to S4H system.

- Shopping Cart / PO /Contract related issues with high level of custom enhancements.

- Implemented Shopping cart commitments functionality.

- Organization structure maintenance in SRM.

- Resolving IDOCs errors due to master data, file format, on boarding new EDI partners

- Responsible for replication of Supplier and Product category from back - end to SRM Server

- Maintained the number ranges for Shopping cart, SRM Purchase Order and Contract, SRM Confirmation & Invoice

- Master data replication of material master, vendor master from R/3 to EBP system

- Providing Production Support to users in issues pertaining to SAP MM/SRM modules.

- Testing new custom developments made in the system.

- Handled change requests and testing end to end scenario to deliver successful deployment.

- Preparation of Functional specification for new development activities in MM.

- Handling support issues between ECC and interfaces like SRM.

- Fixing gaps between available source data and target data requirements.

- Assisting development team with proper configuration for smooth data upload.

- Data validation for all master data like info record, vendor master, source list, material master.

- Data consolidation for all open item reports for purchase order, contract, and purchase requisitions.

- Should be able to Assist the development team for uploading data through LSMW.

- Hands on experience on functional design document and Solution design documents preparation

- Hands on experience on Functional specification preparation

- Hands on experience on gathering client requirements for the enhancements through client meetings.

- Hands on experience on creation the number ranges for Shopping cart, SRM Purchase Order and

Contract, SRM Confirmation & Invoice

- Configuration/testing of Procurement processes in EBP & integration with R/3 using Extended Classic Scenario.
