Role : SAP Specialist

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive SAP Specialist to support the planning, implementation, and ongoing operations of SAP systems within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of business processes to bridge the gap between IT and business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions through configuration, customization, and integration.

- Perform end-to-end implementation, upgrades, or support for SAP systems in coordination with business stakeholders.

- Configure SAP modules according to functional requirements and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP system design, data migration, integration, and testing.

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and compliance.

- Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous system improvements.

- Document business processes, functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user manuals.

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system adoption.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in at least one SAP module (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, HCM, ABAP, BW, CRM, PM).

- Strong experience in SAP configuration and customization.

- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, PI/PO, or CPI).

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments is a strong advantage.

- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and SAP standard tools.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps, SAP Solution Manager, or SAP Activate methodology (optional).

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in SAP support, implementation, or consulting.

- SAP certification in relevant module(s) is preferred.
