About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist to design, lead, and implement SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions for Berner.

This role will play a key part in driving technical transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and long-term scalability goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, oversee, and implement SAP BTP solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural, security, and scalability standards.

- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Define solution architectures, select appropriate BTP services, and develop technical roadmaps.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding best practices and solution optimization.

- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of BTP-based applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

- Support and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale SAP technical transformation programs.

- Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing SAP BTP solutions.

- Deep understanding of SAP architecture principles and enterprise integration patterns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage large, diverse, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with additional SAP modules and technologies.

- Proven leadership experience across cross-functional and global teams.

- Exposure to cloud-native and hybrid SAP landscapes.
