Job Title : Manager / Sr. Manager SAP Specialist (IT)

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech in Computers or related field

Experience : 10 - 18 Years

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP/IT issues within SLA timelines.

- Support and configure modules like FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM.

- Provide hands-on ABAP support (Smart Forms, LSMW, debugging).

- Manage Optisuite tools (Export/Import/Excise Brillio).

- Build and support reports/dashboards using QlikView / BI tools.

- Develop and maintain small internal apps using MySQL, Java, PHP, etc.

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for smooth SAP operations.

- Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery quality.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong in FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM modules.

- Optisuite (Brillio Technologies) exposure.

- QlikView or BI dashboard/reporting knowledge.

- MySQL, MS Access, Java, Dotnet, PHP (basic level).

- Good problem-solving and team leadership skills.
