SAP Specialist

Rrayze :

Title : SAP Executive - GRN, GI, and PO Operations.

Location : Mumbai.

Department : Stores.

Experience Required : 02 Years.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field( MBA, MCOM, BBA, BCOM).

SAP Module : MM (Materials Management).

Candidates from Mumbai and nearby towns will be given preference.

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

Goods Receipt (GRN) :

- Match PO and invoice details to ensure accurate entries.

- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

Goods Issue (GI) :

- Ensure correct material movement type usage.

- Maintain accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels.

Purchase Requisition (PR) :

- Coordinate with user departments for requirement validation.

- Track PR status and ensure timely conversion to PO.

Purchase Order (PO) Management :

- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery.

- Monitor open POs and follow up for order closures or changes.

SAP Reporting and Documentation :

- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

Ordering & maintaining minimum & Maximum inventory management :

- Placing orders as per the inventory requirement.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Knowledge of GRN, GI, and PO processes.

- Strong understanding of inventory and material movements.

- Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector.

- Understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
