- Change Management Support : Provide comprehensive support for Change Management processes within SAP SolMan, including managing release cycles and transport requests.

- Test Planning & Reporting : Facilitate Test Planning and Reporting activities, utilizing SolMan's functionalities, and specifically working with the Test Step Designer.

- Solution Documentation & Management : Maintain and update Solution Documentation, assisting with overall process and document management within SolMan.

- ALM & IT Process Understanding : Apply a solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and general IT processes to optimize SolMan usage.

- User Support : Provide effective support to users concerning SAP roles and business partner data, ensuring smooth operations and access.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SolMan, specifically its Change (ChaRM), Test (Test Suite), and Solution Documentation modules.

- Basic knowledge of SAP authorization roles and business partners.

- Good understanding of IT processes and ALM tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user interaction and team collaboration.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in :

- Computer Science

- IT / Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
