Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP ChaRM in SAP Solution Manager

- Manage the complete change management lifecycle (creation deployment)

- Coordinate transport management across SAP landscapes

- Ensure compliance with established change control procedures (audit-ready)

- Troubleshoot and resolve ChaRM-related issues with technical teams

- Provide training and develop documentation for users and stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM)

- Strong knowledge of SAP landscape architecture & transport management

- Proven experience in configuring workflows, status switches, & change cycles

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Good-to-Have :

- Familiarity with ITIL processes

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 or higher

- Exposure to tools like ServiceNow or JIRA

- Knowledge of SAP compliance & audit support in regulated industries
