Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

Technical Competencies (Required) :

- Person should have an experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.1 and 7.2

- Upgrade experience from Solman 7.1 -> 7.2

- In depth knowledge and experience in managing monitoring templates and tuning them for refined monitoring and alerting.

- Good Knowledge on Process Management and SAP Solution manager Focused Build for solution

documentation (as KM tool).

- Good knowledge on dashboard creation for Focused Insights.

- Troubleshooting skills to solve diagnostic agent , managed system setup, EWA, and any other topic related issues.

- System Preparation, Managed system configuration, Technical monitoring and business process monitoring.

- Strong experience of end-to-end implementation of CHARM in Solman 7.2

- Should be able to independently handle configuration related to Solution Manager and CHARM.

- Must have good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers.

- Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.

- Solution Documentation, ITSM, ChaRM, CTS+, System Monitoring.

- Wily EM Installation & configuration, EWA configuration.

- SAP Solution Manager System Installation and Upgrade.

- Diagnostic Agent and Wily Enterprise Manager Installation and Configuration.

- Good knowledge of Linux/Windows and SAP HANA and Oracle Databases.

Technical Competencies (Desired) :

- Interface and Connection Monitoring implementation.

- Business Process Monitoring.

- Configuration of SAP Alerting and Monitoring in Solution Manager 7.2
