The SAP Solution Lead is responsible for governing the end-to-end SAP solution architecture across all projects, ensuring solution correctness, consistency, and adherence to SAP best practices. The role supports presales by providing best-fit solutioning, architecture options, and implementation roadmaps aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and govern end-to-end SAP solution architecture for all projects

- Validate solution design documents, BPMLs, FSs, and integration designs

- Ensure consistency across modules and alignment with SAP standards

- Support delivery teams with solution guidance and risk identification

- Validate and estimate CRs (Change Requests) for feasibility and impact

- Lead solutioning for RFPs, RFQs, and customer proposals

- Define best-fit SAP scope and implementation roadmaps

- Conduct solution workshops and showcase architecture options in presales for large opportunities

- Align with Head of Practices and Delivery teams for capability and execution

Key Deliverables :

- Explore/To-Be process validation and Fit-Gap review

- Integration architecture and module alignment

- Presales solution decks, effort estimates, and BoQs

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong cross-module SAP experience (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, EWM, TM, VSS)

- Deep understanding of SAP ACTIVATE, integrations (CPI/BTP), RICEFW

- Strong analytical, documentation, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and CXO-level presentation capability

- Ability to lead solution workshops and resolve cross-functional conflicts

5. Reporting Structure :

- Reports to : Director of Services

- Works closely with : Head of Practices, Head of Delivery, Practice Managers, Project Managers, Presales/Sales

Success Metrics (KPIs) :

- Percentage of projects delivered without major solution deviations

- Accuracy of presales solutioning and estimations

- Reduction in CRs due to solution gaps

- Customer satisfaction with solution architecture

- On-time sign-off of design deliverables

Qualification Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- SAP S/4HANA certification in at least one major module

- Certified in SAP Business Process Integration / TERP 10

- 10+ years SAP experience with 3-5 years in solutioning or architecture roles

- Experience delivering at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations

- Cross-module proficiency and strong understanding of SAP ACTIVATE

- Experience in presales (RFP responses, BoQs, solution presentations)

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
