About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Solutions Architect to join our S/4HANA Implementation Program at TBEL. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end technical architecture, design, and integration strategy for our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP platforms, a strong understanding of cloud and hybrid deployment models, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with enterprise IT strategy and business goals.

- Drive the integration strategy and oversee the implementation of SAP across business functions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and performance.

- Review and validate functional and technical specifications from system integrators (SI), providing expert input to align with enterprise architecture standards.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to define, evaluate, and validate architectural decisions.

- Define high-level and detailed architecture covering on-premises, cloud, and hybrid SAP deployments.

- Lead architecture governance and contribute to Design and Architecture Review Boards (DAB/ARB).

- Coordinate with SI partners and third-party vendors to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality delivery of SAP solutions.

- Establish and maintain architecture roadmaps, technical documentation, and SAP best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend emerging SAP technologies (e.g., BTP, SAC, Datasphere) that can enhance platform capability and business agility.

- Ensure security, data integrity, performance, and a seamless user experience (UX) across all SAP modules and interfaces.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP platform architecture with demonstrated leadership in at least 4 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA global implementations.

- Proven expertise in SAP architecture, including landscape design, technical governance, and deployment on on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

- Strong experience with SAP Cloud solutions (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Business Technology Platform [BTP], SAC, Datasphere).

- Deep understanding of security models, performance optimization, and UX best practices within SAP ecosystems.

- Demonstrated experience in driving collaboration across IT and business teams at senior levels.

- Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and APIs in the SAP landscape.

- SAP certifications in architecture or relevant modules are a plus.
