About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with strong expertise across SAP PP, PM, and MM modules, specifically within the S/4HANA Cloud environment. This is a senior-level role that requires deep functional knowledge, architectural thinking, end-to-end solution design, and hands-on experience in complex manufacturing and logistics processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, integrated SAP solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices. The person must be comfortable working directly with stakeholders, guiding technical teams, and driving process improvements.

Detailed Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Lead the overall solution architecture for PPPM / MMPP / PMMM scenarios in S/4HANA Cloud.

- Provide end-to-end design for manufacturing, plant maintenance, and materials management processes.

- Ensure the solution aligns with SAP HANA architecture, SAP best practices, and industry standards.

- Develop functional design documents, architecture diagrams, and integration mapping.

- Evaluate business requirements and convert them into scalable, future-ready SAP solutions.

Functional Expertise & Configuration :

- Perform hands-on configuration in PP, PM, and MM modules in S/4HANA Cloud.

- Handle production planning processes : MRP, capacity planning, BOM, routings, order types, scheduling.

- Manage PM processes : equipment, task lists, notifications, work orders, maintenance planning.

- Lead MM processes : procurement, material master, inventory management, purchasing workflows.

- Design cross-module integrations ensuring smooth flow between manufacturing, logistics, and maintenance.

Workshops & Stakeholder Management :

- Conduct functional workshops with business users and gather detailed requirements.

- Collaborate with client architects, project managers, and business leads.

- Present solution demos, conduct training sessions, and support change management.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all manufacturing/logistics-related SAP queries.

Project Execution & Delivery :

- Support project activities including Fit-Gap analysis, blueprint creation, prototyping, and UAT cycles.

- Guide functional and technical consultants on solution implementation.

- Participate in integration testing, performance testing, and cutover activities.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of all SAP-related tasks and documentation.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and advisory support during go-live and hypercare.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with modules like SD, QM, FI, and EWM to ensure seamless integration.

- Coordinate with technical teams for Fiori apps, custom developments, CDS views, and extensions.

- Propose improvements to enhance system stability, data consistency, and process automation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of strong SAP functional experience across PP, PM, and MM modules.

- Mandatory experience working in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP HANA environments.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, and Materials Management.

- Hands-on configuration experience in at least two of the following combinations :

1. PPPM

2. MMPP

3. PMMM

- Proven experience in architecture-level rolessolution design, blueprinting, integrations.

- Experience in data migration (LTMC, LSMW substitutes, migration cockpit).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling skills, especially in global teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience working in Europe, especially in industrial/manufacturing clients.

- Experience with integration to MES systems, EWM, QM, or APO/IBP.

- Understanding of SAP Activate methodology.

Contract Details :

Duration : 1 Year (extendable based on performance)

Work Mode : Fully Onsite in Europe (Czech Republic preferred)

Start Date : Immediate or within 1530 days
