Position Summary :

We are seeking a high-caliber SAP SNP Lead to drive complex, global data transformation initiatives. This role is specifically focused on the Bluefield (Selective Data Transition) approach, requiring a leader who can navigate the intricacies of migrating data into S/4HANA while balancing business continuity and technical precision. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data migration, from strategy and tool selection to final cutover.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning : Define and execute Bluefield / Selective Data Migration strategies, ensuring a tailored approach that preserves historical data while optimizing the new S/4HANA environment.

- Technical Leadership : Lead the end-to-end S/4HANA data migration process, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL).

- SNP Tool Management : Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SNP tools and frameworks, with a specific focus on CrystalBridge for data analysis and migration.

- Cutover Management : Architect detailed cutover plans to minimize business downtime and ensure seamless transitions during the "go-live" phase.

- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead large, global, cross-functional teams. Work as a bridge between IT technical teams and C-suite business stakeholders to align migration goals with business objectives.

- Quality Assurance : Establish rigorous data validation frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance across various global jurisdictions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration, with a proven track record in SNP (Smart Next Project) methodologies.

- Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of the Bluefield approach compared to traditional Green-field or Brown-field migrations.

- Tooling: Advanced proficiency in the SNP CrystalBridge platform (Analysis, Shell, and Transformation modules).

- S/4HANA Mastery: Extensive experience with S/4HANA conversion projects and the underlying data structures.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, global migration workstreams in a remote, distributed environment.

- Problem Solving: Ability to resolve complex data mapping conflicts and architectural bottlenecks in high-pressure scenarios.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical migration risks to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified SNP Consultant or similar high-level SAP certifications.

- Experience in Large Enterprise (LE) environments with multi-country rollouts.

- Familiarity with SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation).
