SAP Signavio Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver end-to-end business process solutions using SAP Signavio modules, including Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Modeling, and Workflow.

- Lead process discovery and modeling workshops, mapping out roles, systems, workflows, and KPIs.

- Design and implement workflow automation and process modeling solutions aligned with business goals.

- Define, analyze, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and optimize business

processes.

- Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Signavio tools and best practices.

- Provide training and support to business users on Signavio capabilities.

- Lead and manage implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and change logs.

- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions and process

redesigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in SAP Signavios full suite, particularly Process Manager and Process

Intelligence.

- Deep knowledge of process mapping, modeling standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0), and workflow

automation.

- Hands-on experience with process diagnostics, KPI setup, and performance monitoring.

- Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects in enterprise environments.

- Ability to conduct process assessment workshops, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and

present insights effectively.

- Proven experience in process optimization, transformation initiatives, and change

management.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have :

- SAP certification in Signavio or BPM tools

- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
