Job Summary :
This role demands deep, hands-on expertise in the core SAP SuccessFactors data model, configuration, and integration with other modules. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions, managing all aspects from blueprinting to a seamless go-live.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement complex configurations using MDF (Metadata Framework) and Foundation Objects, defining custom business rules, workflows, and data models to meet specific client needs.
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test scripts for Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will also manage all technical and business cutover activities.
- Configure and manage advanced functionalities within Employee Central, including Position Management, Global Assignment, and the Time-Off and Time-Sheet modules.
- Ensure a seamless integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors Talent management modules by configuring and troubleshooting integration touchpoints.
- Manage core system administration activities, including role-based permissions, instance sync, release management, and content translation to support global deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- A minimum of two full-cycle, end-to-end SAP SF Employee Central implementations.
- SAP SF Employee Central Certification is a mandatory requirement.
- Extensive hands-on configuration experience with MDF, Foundation Objects, business rules, workflows, and data models.
- Deep technical knowledge of Position Management, Global Assignment, Time-Off, and Time-Sheet.
- Proven ability to prepare and execute comprehensive test scenarios and manage cutover activities.
- Thorough understanding of EC integration with other talent management modules.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll and its integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with reporting tools like SAP SuccessFactors Analytics and Reporting or People Analytics.
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
- Strong consulting background with experience in client-facing roles.
