Description :
- Comprehensive knowledge of tax (PAYG), Superannuation, STP (Single Touch Payroll), and Fair Work Act compliance.
- Ability to manage complex pay rules, EBAs (Enterprise Bargaining Agreements), and awards interpretation.
- End-to-end payroll implementation experience, including parallel runs and reconciliation for Australian clients.
- Experience in configuring LSL Quotas, Team organizer
- Experience in implementing Single touch payroll (STP1 and STP2)
- Experience in Superannuation, Tax Calculations, Finance GL mapping requirements
- Reporting experience with SGC Processing, Group Certificates, Employee Allowances report.
- Proficient in SAP Payroll schema, PCRs, wage types for Australia.
