Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors CPI Consultant with deep expertise in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP CPI.

- Configure iFlows, adapters (SFTP, SOAP, REST, HTTP, OData), and manage integration error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Work with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Time Off, and LMS for integration needs.

- Develop and maintain integration content using Groovy, JavaScript, and XSLT mapping.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve CPI-related issues ensuring SLA adherence.

- Maintain integration documentation, reusable artifacts, and deployment procedures.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP integration, with at least 4 years in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).

- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and OData APIs.

- Hands-on experience with iFlow development, Groovy scripting, and message mapping.

- Familiarity with security concepts (OAuth, SAML, certificates) and connectivity protocols.

- Experience in integrating third-party systems using REST/SOAP services.

Desired requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- SAP Certification in CPI or SuccessFactors is an added advantage
