Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant with a strong background in implementation, configuration, and support of EC modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end SF EC projects, integrations, and business process optimization across multiple geographies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

- At least 2 to 3 full-cycle EC implementation projects completed.

- Strong knowledge of Employee Central data models, business rules, workflows, and events.

- Experience in data migration, integration (SAP CPI / Dell Boomi / APIs), and master data management.

- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules.

- Perform system configuration, testing, and data migration activities for EC and related modules.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate them into system configurations.

- Manage integration points with other SF modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, etc.) and external HR systems.

- Ensure system data integrity, quality, and compliance with HR and IT standards.

- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous system improvement.

- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.

- Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with client teams and end-users.

- Collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements, interfaces, and custom solutions.
