SAP SF Compensation Consultant/EC
Description :
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant/Employee Central (EC) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SF Compensation and Employee Central modules, with the ability to effectively configure and implement solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation and employee central processes.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central modules according to best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Prepare documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Compensation and Employee Central modules.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and functionalities.
Skills and Qualifications :
- 5-15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of compensation processes and related business practices.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
- Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
