Role : SAP Service Management Functional Consultant

Exp : 6 to 12 years

Location : Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai & Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client business processes and gather requirements related to service management to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Configure and customize the SAP Service Management module, including service requests, service orders, service confirmations, and service contracts, to align with client-specific needs and industry best practices.

- Develop functional specifications and technical documentation for SAP Service Management enhancements and customizations to ensure clear communication and accurate implementation.

- Conduct testing and validation of SAP Service Management configurations and developments to ensure system stability and adherence to business requirements.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Service Management functionalities to promote effective system utilization and adoption.

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions related to SAP Service Management to maintain system performance and availability.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP Service Management trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to configure and customize SAP Service Management modules, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfillment.

- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and develop effective SAP solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
