Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end SAP BAU service delivery within an SAP S/4 HANA landscape. The role will be responsible for ensuring system stability, SLA adherence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement across SAP operations while leading cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
Stakeholder & Service Management :
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and IT Business Partners for all SAP service delivery matters.
- Ensure alignment between SAP services and evolving business requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day SAP operations including incident, problem, and service request management from initiation to resolution, ensuring high availability and performance against SLAs.
Team & Vendor Leadership :
- Lead and coordinate internal SAP support teams and external service partners to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, including SAP and support partners, ensuring service quality, contractual compliance, and timely issue resolution.
Change, Controls & Compliance :
- Govern SAP change management processes to ensure seamless deployments with minimal business disruption, in line with ITGC standards.
- Ensure SAP landscape compliance with ITGC audits and contractual requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting :
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardisation, and best practices
to improve service quality and reduce downtime.
- Define, monitor, and report service performance metrics, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
Budget & Resource Management :
- Manage SAP service delivery budgets, optimise costs, and ensure effective resource allocation to maximise value.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience :
- 810 years of experience in SAP Service Delivery Management or SAP Project Management within an SAP S/4 HANA environment.
- Working knowledge of ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks.
- Proven experience managing medium to large SAP landscapes and cross-functional support teams.
