Role Overview :

As an SAP CPI Integration Sr. Consultant / Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). You'll play a pivotal role in leading a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and acting as an individual contributor when needed.

What You'll Do :

- Lead and Mentor : Lead a team of 4-5 members, providing guidance, tracking development progress, and ensuring adherence to solution designs.

- Solution Design : Architect and design complex integration solutions using SAP CPI, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Individual Contribution : Work hands-on as an individual contributor, developing and implementing integration flows.

- Full Lifecycle Implementation : Drive end-to-end integration projects from blueprinting and design to go-live and hypercare support.

- Technical Expertise : Utilize your expertise in various CPI palette options, integration patterns (message transformations, enricher, splitter), and security artifacts (encryption, decryption, SSH keys, client-based certificate authentications).

- Adapter Proficiency : Work extensively with various SAP CPI adapters including SuccessFactors, OData, RFC, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, REST, HTTP, and Process Direct.

- System Integration : Integrate SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP modules like SuccessFactors (EC/LMS/Payroll) with other systems.

- Development & Testing : Develop value mappings and Groovy scripts for iFlows, and perform thorough Unit, System, and Integration testing, documenting results effectively.

- Data Management : Apply strong skills in data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.

What We're Looking For :

Mandatory Skills :

- Extensive Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Integration, with a strong background in SAP CPI, PI/PO, and XI.

- SAP CPI Specialization : Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in SAP CPI, including prior experience with full-cycle implementations (from blueprinting to go-live and hypercare).

- Communication Excellence : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this client-facing and leadership role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for designing and implementing integration solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and CPI cockpit.

- Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows.

- Proven experience in using various CPI palette options and handling security artifacts.

- Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SuccessFactors, OData, RFC, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, REST, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver systems.

- Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP modules like SuccessFactors EC/LMS/Payroll integrations.

- Knowledge of developing value mapping and Groovy scripts and using them in iFlows.

- Strong skills in data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.

- Ability to perform Unit, System, and Integration testing at various phases of the project lifecycle and document the results thoroughly.
