Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain SAP security rolessingle, composite, and derivedin S/4HANA (including Fiori-based catalog/launchpad setups) aligned with global and country-specific controls.

- Translate international SoD frameworks and audit requirements (e.g. SOX, GDPR, internal standards) into role-based access control (RBAC) models; manage and monitor SoD conflicts proactively.

- Implement corporate template-based deployments across multi?country, multi?language, multi?currency environments, working closely with the Japan-based global template team.

- Collaborate with global and regional delivery leads, functional SMEs, and process owners to localize and roll out the SAP security framework across countries.

- Support SAP project phasesBlueprint/FitGap, SIT, UAT, Go?Live, and post?Go?Live hyper care by handling role setup, user provisioning, defect resolution, and security testing activities.

- Operate SAP GRC Access?Control (or equivalent tools) for User Access Management, SoD analysis, remediation, emergency access, and compliance reporting.

- Document security deviations, local authorizations or countrylevel configurations; obtain regulatory/governance approvals as needed and update global templates accordingly.

- Offer production's upport hand?overs, enhancement support, and configuration reviews as part of continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Minimum 6 years of hands?on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations, with at least 3 years designing S/4HANA security roles.

- Expertise in RBAC, role hierarchy, derived roles, Fiori security design (catalogs and launchpads).

- In depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (including Access Risk Analysis, remediation, and SoD governance).

- Experience working on global template deployments, especially with Japan IT teams benefiting from working models like blueprint localization delivery.

- Familiarity navigating multi country, multi?language, multi currency SAP landscapes with localized compliance controls.

- Strong understanding of audit compliance protocols, SoD frameworks, and security review mechanisms for regulated environments.

- Excellent communication skills for cross cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

- Ability to work effectively in hybrid delivery environments, including offshore onshore coordination.

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Technology Associate Security with SAP NetWeaver).

- Prior consulting experience delivering global S/4HANA security projects.

- Familiarity with additional GRC suite modules (Process Control / Risk Management).

- Experience working with SAP Activate methodology.

- Knowledge of identity management tools (e.g. SAP?IDM, Identity Provisioning), and integration with SSO (SAML/OAuth/Kerberos).
