Position Title : SAP GRC Security Consultant

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC Security Consultant with strong expertise in GRC Access Control, MSMP, BRFplus, and backend configuration.

The role focuses on delivering end-to-end GRC solutions, integrating security best practices, and supporting business compliance needs.

Note: ABAP development skills are not mandatory, as a dedicated ABAP team will provide all required development support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement, and support SAP GRC Access Control components (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).

- Manage workflow configuration using MSMP and rule building using BRFplus.

- Perform backend configuration for GRC and support integration with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other connected systems.

- Conduct risk analysis, SoD reviews, remediation, and mitigation activities.

- Work closely with Functional, Basis, and ABAP teams for smooth project execution.

- Handle role design, user provisioning, and access management across SAP systems.

- Support audits, compliance activities, and periodic access reviews.

- Troubleshoot security issues and ensure adherence to internal security policies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC Security.

- Strong working knowledge of MSMP workflows, BRFplus rules, and GRC backend configuration.

- Solid understanding of SAP BW / HANA Security concepts.

- Experience with SoD rule set management and GRC risk frameworks.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to S/4HANA security design.

- Experience in audit, compliance, and governance processes
