Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Security and hands-on experience across multiple SAP systems.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to SAP rollout projects and be capable of implementing and managing security solutions across SAP landscapes including HANA DB, ECC, BW, BTP, and SAC.

This role requires a combination of technical SAP security knowledge, project experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Security Management :

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP Security roles, authorizations, and profiles across SAP ECC, HANA DB, BW systems, BTP, and SAC.

- Conduct security audits, user access reviews, and compliance checks in alignment with organizational policies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP security issues, including role conflicts, authorization errors, and system access issues.

- Ensure segregation of duties (SoD) compliance and enforce security best practices.

Rollout & Project Work :

- Participate in SAP rollout projects, including designing security models, implementing user roles, and managing user provisioning.

- Understand and apply rollout concepts for global or regional SAP implementations.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams during SAP implementation and migration projects.

- Provide guidance and support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of SAP security solutions.

Collaboration & Governance :

- Work closely with SAP Basis, Functional, and IT Security teams to ensure integrated security solutions.

- Provide guidance on SAP security policies, procedures, and governance standards.

- Support business units with security-related queries and user access provisioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience.

- Experience with SAP HANA DB, ECC, BW systems, BTP, and SAC.

- Experience in at least one SAP rollout project.

- Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and SoD compliance.

- SAP Security certification is an advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools.

- Experience in managing SAP security in hybrid or cloud landscapes.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA security concepts and implementation
