We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated SAP Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the full spectrum of SAP security, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA Security and Fiori Security.

This role is critical for maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our SAP landscapes. The position requires a proven professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and provide support during US shift hours.

Primary Mandate Skills (Must-Have) :

- S/4HANA Security : Deep and demonstrable expertise in implementing and managing security within the S/4HANA environment.

- Fiori Security : Extensive experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Fiori security components, including Fiori Catalogs, Fiori Groups, and Fiori Launchpad access controls.

- SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) : Strong, hands-on skills with GRC components, specifically Access Control (including risk analysis, provisioning, and reporting), Segregation of Duties (SOD) management, and Emergency Access Management (EAM).

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Security Operations & Administration :

- Perform and manage all aspects of SAP User & Role Administration across various SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, etc.).

- Conduct Access Troubleshooting to resolve complex authorization issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Manage and administer the Central User Administration (CUA) system.

- Design, configure, and maintain robust Roles & Authorization Management structures to align with business requirements and security best practices.

GRC and Compliance :

- Execute GRC SOD checks and participate in the remediation of identified conflicts.

- Provide ongoing EAM support (Firefighter/Superuser access) including setup, logging review, and approval workflows.

- Ensure the SAP landscape adheres to SOX, Internal Audit, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) compliance requirements.

- Actively participate in internal and external audit cycles, providing necessary evidence and documentation.

Technical and Landscape Management :

- Manage and resolve Fiori Security issues, including ensuring seamless access to Fiori apps and troubleshooting configuration errors.

- Possess a strong working knowledge of the security aspects of S/4HANA and Hana DB, including the use of analytical privileges and container security.

- Utilize and manage ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Solution Manager for efficient incident, change, and problem management.
