About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Techno-Functional SD Lead to join our team and drive complex global SAP S/4HANA transformations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of SAP functional expertise, technical know-how, and Sales & Marketing domain experience (Medical Devices industry preferred).

You will play a key role in solution design, cross-module collaboration, and leading end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver 4+ End-to-End S/4HANA implementations as Solution Architect/Lead.

- Drive global template design and multi-country rollouts, ensuring localization and compliance.

- Perform requirement gathering workshops, map client processes, and deliver effective SAP SD solutions.

- Analyze and compare ECC vs. S/4HANA architecture, tables, and field-level changes.

- Collaborate with ABAP teams for development, testing (including synthetic data creation) and customizations.

- Provide functional & technical inputs to Data Warehouse teams.

- Manage 3rd-party system integrations (CRM, e-commerce, logistics, etc.).

- Coordinate with cross-module teams (FICO, MM, PM, DW) for seamless solution design.

- Document, validate, and communicate requirements and solutions with clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices.

Experience :

- 12+ years SAP Functional (SD).

- 5 to 6 years in Sales & Marketing domain (Medical Devices preferred).

- 4+ End-to-End S/4HANA implementations (lead/solution architect role).

- International project exposure global template + multi-country rollout.

- 3rd-party integrations (CRM, e-commerce, logistics, etc.).

Technical Skills :

- Deep knowledge of ECC & S/4HANA innovations, tables, and data elements.

- SAP Data Dictionary, ABAP collaboration, synthetic test data creation.

- Functional + technical inputs for Data Warehouse integration.

- Activate methodology exposure.

Nice to Have :

- SAP Certification.

- Prior experience in the Medical Devices industry.
