Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior SAP IS Retail Techno-Functional Consultant (SD/ABAP) with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA project delivery and deep integration expertise with multiple third-party systems. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional and technical skills, especially within the Sales & Distribution (SD) module and custom development (ABAP) in an IS Retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP SD functional design, configuration, and implementation within the IS Retail ecosystem.

- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot custom ABAP developments (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

- Work on integration scenarios with third-party applications (e.g., eCommerce platforms, POS systems, logistics providers, payment gateways, etc.).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, EWM, CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless data and process flow.

- Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.

- Support end-to-end system integration testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

- Deliver documentation including functional/technical design specs, test plans, and end-user manuals.

- Drive innovation by evaluating new S/4HANA functionalities and recommending improvements.

- Mentor junior consultants and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP SD and ABAP in IS Retail environments.

- Strong experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Proficient in SAP SD functionalities : Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Returns, and Customer Master Data.

- Solid hands-on expertise in ABAP development including OData, CDS Views, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, SmartForms/Adobe Forms.

- Proven experience in complex integrations with 3rd-party systems using technologies like IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, or middleware (e.g., PI/PO, CPI).

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

- Good understanding of Retail-specific processes such as store sales, promotions, and merchandise distribution.

- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.

- Self-driven and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in SAP SD or S/4HANA.

- Experience with Fiori/UI5 enhancements or development.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.

- Experience in Retail master data management and promotional pricing.
