Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Sales & Distribution processes.

- Work on order-to-cash cycle, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP) to resolve integration issues.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, change requests, and provide end-user support.

- Participate in system upgrades, migration projects, and rollout activities.

Required Skills :

- Good knowledge of S/4HANA and ECC support environments.

- Experience in order-to-cash processes and integration with MM and FI.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and support business users effectively.
