Certification in SAP SD is essential.

Job Description :

- In-depth understanding of Order Management cycle / Sales and Distribution related SAP processes.

- Expertise in configuration of SAP Order management : Enterprise structure, sales office, sales groups, item categories and sales document.

- Basic level of the Technical aspects of SAP Order management to guide the technical team.

- Troubleshooting Skills : investigate, analyse, and solve problems and map client business requirements.

- Creating /Configuring and Maintaining, Material Master, Customer Master, CMIR, Inclusion/Exclusion, Incompletion processes.

- In-depth process knowledge of Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing Conditions, Account Assignment, and Credit management.

- Good understanding of SAP SD/FI integration.

- Good communication skills.

- Problem resolution (troubleshooting, searching OSS) and escalation.

- Good communications and consultancy skills.

- SAP SD Certification is a must
