Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Functional Consultant with IS-Retail expertise and 10+ years of project delivery experience, including 3-4 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions within an IS-Retail environment, ensuring seamless order-to-cash processes and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions for IS-Retail environments.

- Configure and customize SAP SD modules to support retail-specific business processes.

- Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP SD implementations and rollouts in S/4HANA IS-Retail environments.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including MM, FI, PP, WM, and Retail-specific modules, to ensure seamless integration.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP SD-related issues in retail operations.

- Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.

- Participate in business process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for retail businesses.

- Support data migration and cutover activities during project go-lives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD in an IS-Retail environment.

- Strong knowledge of order-to-cash (OTC) business processes and SAP SD functionalities tailored for retail.

- Experience with pricing, billing, promotions, credit management, partner determination, intercompany sales, and third-party sales processes in a retail setup.

- Familiarity with SAP SD integration with MM, FI, PP, WM, and SAP Retail (Articles, Site Master, Assortment Management, Listing, Promotions, and Merchandise Distribution).

- Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics (preferred).

- Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management principles.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with ability to analyse SAP notes and apply OSS solutions.

- Experience in data migration, cutover planning, and system upgrades.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP SD certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Experience with E-Invoicing, BRF+, or Vistex.

- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- Experience with ABAP debugging (basic understanding).

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud implementations.

- Experience in Retail industry-specific solutions and best practices.

Education :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
