Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP SD CS Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and support of our SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules. You will play a key role in a large portfolio of applications, providing strategic guidance, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge in SAP SD and CS, a proven track record of leading complex projects, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP SD & CS Expertise : Act as a subject matter expert for the SAP SD and CS modules, providing application design, configuration, and documentation that spans multiple business functions.

- Project Leadership : Lead and participate in complex projects with significant business impact. This includes gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and overseeing the successful delivery of new software or enhancements.

- Application Management : Take ownership of specific IT applications within the SAP SD/CS portfolio. Advise senior leadership and IT staff on application strategy, roadmaps, and best practices.

- Mentorship and Guidance : Mentor and coach less experienced team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in SAP SD and CS.

- Development & Support : Prioritize, develop, code, test, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

- Problem Resolution : Collaborate with technical staff and business users to understand software issues and assist in their timely and effective resolution.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on, relevant experience as an SAP SD/CS Functional Analyst or Consultant.

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SD, including Order to Cash (OTC) processes, sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and partner functions.

- Strong expertise in SAP CS, covering service notification, service order processing, service contracts, repairs processing, and warranty management.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP projects, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.

- Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP developers for custom developments (enhancements, reports, interfaces).

- Solid understanding of integration points between SAP SD/CS and other modules like FI, MM, PP, and CRM.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in SAP SD or CS.

- Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to SD and CS.

- Familiarity with other SAP-related technologies such as CPI, BTP, or Solution Manager.
