SAP SD Consultant - Vistex Implementation & Support

Job Summary :

We are seeking a technically strong and functionally sound SAP SD Consultant with deep expertise in Vistex to support and enhance our SAP landscape.

The ideal candidate must have end-to-end experience in implementing and supporting Vistex pricing, rebates, incentives, commissions, and chargebacks, along with strong command over the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle.

Expertise in SAP CHARM, Vistex, and SAP CO is mandatory, especially for Saint-Gobainaligned processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Vistex Implementation & Support :

- Implement, configure, and support Vistex solutions within the SAP SD ecosystem including Pricing, Rebates, Chargebacks, Incentives, and Commissions.

- Execute full lifecycle configuration of Vistex components such as agreements, condition contracts, settlement processes, accrual engines, and reporting.

- Manage Vistex IP (Incentive Administration) and DM (Data Maintenance) modules, ensuring accurate data validation, agreement controls, and settlement accuracy.

SAP SD Functional Ownership :

- Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications mapped to SD and Vistex functionalities.

- Configure core SAP SD processes including Pricing, Billing, Rebates, OTC workflows, credit management, and related master data.

- Ensure smooth integration between SAP SD, Vistex, SAP CO, MM, and FI during process orchestration.

Technical Collaboration & Enhancements :

- Work closely with ABAP developers to design and implement custom enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, and reports related to Vistex and SD.

- Perform advanced debugging and identify root causes in collaboration with the technical team to resolve functional and data-related issues.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing for Vistex and SD changes.

- Support test planning, defect resolution, and validation of end-to-end OTC and Vistex processes.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather detailed requirements, and align SAP SD/Vistex solutions to business objectives.

- Provide functional expertise and user guidance during solution deployment and post-go-live support.

Documentation & Compliance :

- Create detailed functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

- Ensure compliance with SAP CHARM for change management, transport handling, and version-controlled deployments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in SAP SD modules with hands-on configuration in Pricing, Billing, Rebates, OTC flows.

- Proven experience in Vistex (IP, DM, settlements, condition contracts, master data, and agreement management).

- Solid understanding of Vistex-SAP integration, accruals, and data structures.

- Experience in SAP CHARM, Vistex solution architecture, and cross-module integration (SDCOFIMM).

- Sound debugging skills and ability to work closely with the ABAP team for issue resolution.

- Experience in 12 full-cycle SAP SDVistex implementations.

- Strong analytical, communication, and requirement-gathering skills.
