SAP SD Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Role : SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant Public Cloud

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant Public Cloud to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on delivering Level 2/3 support and implementing scalable solutions in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain within SAP S/4HANA Public Edition. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP processes, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering business-aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP SD Support & Solution Design :

- Handle complex O2C process issues and ensure high-quality support in S/4HANA Public Edition environment.

- Address how-to queries and support clients with SAP functionality understanding.

Configuration & Integration :

- Configure SAP SD modules and scope items in line with Public Cloud constraints and Central Business Configuration (CBC).

- Integrate SAP SD with other relevant SAP modules and non-SAP systems as needed.

Change Requests & Enhancements :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements or change requests.

- Design and document solution approaches that align with SAPs standard capabilities.

- Lead or contribute to implementation of change requests and enhancements.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Oversee the functional testing, regression testing, and UAT phases to ensure defect-free

delivery.

- Validate end-to-end O2C business processes are properly mapped and meet business

expectations.

Collaboration & Best Practices :

- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key Qualifications :

- 8+ years of SAP functional/technical experience, specifically in SAP SD and S/4HANA Public Edition.

- Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes : process mapping, scope configuration, and value flow understanding.

- Hands-on expertise with Central Business Configuration (CBC).

- Minimum 2 - 3 end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation lifecycles.

- At least 1 - 2 support projects in a Public Cloud environment.

- Proficient in handling change requests, testing, and production support.

- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
