As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a vital member of our development team, responsible for the full lifecycle of complex software applications and products that drive business value. You will be a hands-on developer, a technical leader, and a strategic partner, deeply integrating SAP (SD/S4) expertise to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. Your role is crucial in transforming customer requirements into robust, scalable, and secure software architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Delivery :

- Design and Architect high-level software solutions, defining the overall structure, components, and interfaces, with a specific focus on SAP S/4HANA integration and performance.

- Drive Full-Stack Development by creating user-friendly, interactive front-end interfaces while developing and maintaining scalable back-end applications, including APIs and microservices, using appropriate server-side languages and frameworks.

- Leverage Deep SAP Expertise to design, develop, test, and maintain solutions utilizing SAP SD and SAP S/4 capabilities to meet complex business process requirements.

- Evaluate and Select the most suitable technology stack, integration methods, and deployment strategies for new applications and services, often involving SAP HANA technology.

- Optimize and Innovate existing systems by continuously improving performance, resolving complex technical problems, and implementing new technologies and best practices to maximize development efficiency.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance :

- Engage with Stakeholders (customers, product owners, designers) to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and functional requirements, acting as an advocate for user-centric software design.

- Lead Quality Initiatives by defining and implementing software test strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes (e.g., test-driven development) in alignment with industry best practices and organizational vision.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring seamless integration of software components.

- Safeguard User Data by actively supporting and implementing strong security practices, including encryption and anonymization techniques.

Engineering Excellence :

- Champion Modern Practices such as Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Agile methodologies to maintain a high pace of development and deployment.

- Mentor and Guide junior team members, setting technical standards and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

- Monitor and Participate in industry trends, evaluating and incorporating emerging technologies and capabilities to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications :

Experience & Technical Skills :

- Senior-Level Experience : 7+ years in the SAP SD , S/4 HANA

- Coding Proficiency : Advanced practical experience in one core programming language OR practical experience in two or more programming languages.

- Required SAP Expertise : Proven, hands-on development experience with SAP SD and SAP S/4.

- Preferred SAP Expertise : Experience developing solutions utilizing SAP S/4 HANA and SAP HANA databases.
