SAP SD Consultant - OTC Module

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant with strong functional expertise in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP modules to design, implement, and enhance sales and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end OTC process design, configuration, and implementation in SAP SD.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Configure SAP SD components including :

1. Sales Orders, Quotations, Contracts

2. Pricing (Condition Technique, Pricing Procedures)

3. Deliveries & Shipments

4. Billing & Invoicing

5. Output Management

- Handle Master Data related to Customer, Material, and Pricing.

- Work on integration with MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP, and CRM systems.

- Manage SAP interfaces related to OTC (IDocs, RFCs, APIs).

- Support UAT, SIT, and user training sessions.

- Diagnose and resolve production issues by providing L2/L3 support.

- Participate in rollouts, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare functional documentation: BPML, FS, Test Scripts, SOPs.

- Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements, reports, and forms.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-10 years of proven experience in SAP SD with strong exposure to the OTC cycle.

- Hands-on configuration expertise in :

1. Order management

2. Pricing

3. Delivery processing

4. Shipping

5. Billing

- Experience with ATP, Credit Management, Rebates, Returns, Third-party & Intercompany sales.

- Good understanding of taxation, including GST and international tax structures.

- Strong working knowledge of integration with FI for revenue recognition & billing.

- Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, and user exits/Enhancement Framework.

- Ability to write functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.

- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Fiori apps, Simplification items).

- Knowledge of EWM integration, TM integration, or Global Trade Services.

- Exposure to EDI, e-invoicing, and automation tools.

- Certification in SAP SD or S/4HANA.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- SAP certification preferred
